Last September 11th and 12th, our Primary 5 and 6 students had an incredible time at a special Leadership Camp held at TNI Angkatan Udara Halim Perdanakusuma. It was an action-packed two days filled with fun and challenges designed to help our young leaders grow. The students participated in a variety of activities that tested their teamwork and problem-solving skills, from group challenges to trust-building exercises. They showed great enthusiasm and determination, stepping out of their comfort zones to take on new roles and support their friends.
The camp wasn’t just about fun games; it was a fantastic opportunity for our students to develop crucial leadership qualities. They learned the importance of communication, cooperation, and empathy—all essential skills for becoming effective leaders. The activities encouraged them to think critically and make decisions as a team, highlighting how every individual’s contribution is vital to success. It was truly inspiring to see them collaborate and overcome obstacles together, demonstrating maturity and a strong sense of responsibility.
The lessons and memories from this camp will last far beyond the two days spent at Halim. Our students have returned with a renewed sense of confidence and a deeper understanding of what it means to lead by example. We’re incredibly proud of our Primary 5 and 6 students for their hard work and dedication. We can’t wait to see how they apply these newly honed leadership skills in their school life and beyond.
