 GO GREEN, SBGG WAY!

“One effort is never too small to create small ripples which will create big waves of change.”

The Sustainability programme is introduced in response to the pressing climate change and environmental challenges facing our world today.  One of the aims is to inculcate in children a sense of responsibility to take part in sustainable living and become an agent for sustainability.

Through weekly sessions, our P3-P6 students learn concepts of sustainability and environmental conservation through hands-on activities and apply their knowledge  and skills into the real-world. 

The upper primary students are trained in skills required for inquiry-based learning, creative problem solving and entrepreneurship. This programme helps students to develop interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) which enables them to integrate the different disciplines into a cohesive learning framework by going through the design thinking process when creating their own products and solve real-world problems creatively. Students will be given a platform to showcase their prototypes to their peers and parents.
